Kalee is RYT 200 certified by Yoga Alliance. She discovered yoga while in an acting class and has been practicing yoga for the past decade. She uses meditation, restorative and slow flow yoga to help folks to stay grounded and explore creative movement. An advocate for accessibility and body diversity in yoga, Kalee believes that everyone can find their way into the practice. She also designs and leads meditation and yoga sessions for organizations and companies to help create more compassionate and mindful work environments (available on Zoom or in-person).
